5 year limited* manufacturer’s warranty
Volair Luggage is made with high-quality, durable materials with the greatest care taken in terms of workmanship. Volair Luggage provides a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty in addition to a customer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law. Allowing for fair wear and tear, any defects or faults with the product will be rectified via repair or replacement. Simply email customerservice@volairluggage.com for instructions, or return your suitcase with your ‘proof of purchase’ (such as your receipt) to the store you purchased it from.
Airline damage
Damage to luggage is commonly caused by airlines. It is strongly suggested that before leaving the airport you thoroughly check your luggage for any damage. If damage has occurred, submit a claim to the airline before leaving the airport. Volair Luggage does not take any responsibility for damage caused to luggage while in transit.
Warranty process

A proof of purchase is required to claim a warranty. Please ensure you retain your receipt. We recommend you photocopy or scan it to avoid fading over time or loss.

Carrier damage is not covered by luggage warranties – particularly airline damage.

Return the suitcase to the store you purchased it from or, if you purchased it online, email the retailer for the address of your nearest Volair Luggage Authorised Service Centre

An Authorised Volair Luggage repairer will assess the warranty claim and advise accordingly
Please note that you are responsible for all costs in relation to getting your suitcase to the relevant store or service centre including the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
